vajra gada hanu vilamb na laavo.
Om ngin ngin ngin Hanumant Kapisa,
Om hun hun hun hani ari ur sheesha.
Satya hou Hari shapath paayke,
Ram doot dharu maaru jaayke.
Jai-jai-jai Hanumant agaadha,
dukh paavat jan kehi aparadha.
Pooja jap tap nem achaara,
nahin jaanat haun daas tumhaara.
Van-upvan mag girigrih maahin,
tumhare bal hum darpat naahin.
Paany paraun kar jori manaun,
yahi avsar ab kehi goharaun.

yahi avsar ab kehi goharaun.
Uthu-uthu chalu tohin Ram duhaai,
paany paraun kar jori manaai.
Om chancham chancham chapal chalanta,
Om hanu hanu hanu Hanumanta.
Om ham ham haank det Kapi chanchal,
Om sam sam saham paraane khaldal.
Apne jan ko turat ubaaro,
sumirat hoy aanand hamaaro.
Yah Bajrang Baan jehi maare,
taahi kaho phir kaun ubaare.
Paath kare Bajrang Baan ki,
Hanumat raksha kare praan ki.
Yah Bajrang Baan jo jaapai,
tehi te bhoot pret sab kaampai.
Dhoop dey aru japai hamesha,
taake tan nahin rahe kalesha.

The most appropriate time to recite the Bajrang Baan is during the early morning hours, preferably after taking a bath, between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM (Brahma Muhurta). Reciting it on Tuesdays and Saturdays yields special benefits. It is highly recommended to light a ghee lamp and a incense stick (Dhoop) before starting the recitation. If someone is facing sudden severe fear, distress, or negative energy, it can be recited at midnight as well with complete devotion.
