How many Brahmins are fed in Ekadashi Udyapan?

In Ekadashi Udyapan, there is a provision to feed 24 Brahmins for the 24 Ekadashis of the year and 2 Brahmins for the two Ekadashis of Adhik Maas. Thus, a total of 26 Brahmins along with their spouses should be invited, their feet should be washed, and they should be seated on clean mats and satisfied by serving meals systematically in pure vessels. While arranging the food, pure and sacred ingredients should be used according to the season, excluding items forbidden on Ekadashi.
